Software publisher and development studio, in Paris

We build our own software and develop yours.

MELELABS publishes online software, such as Dublio.io. Alongside it, we build applications and websites for businesses and local authorities, and we provide IT support and accessibility audits.

Each dot is a project. Click to open its page.

    What we build

One online product, another in preparation, a security tool and an idea for what comes next. For each one: what it does and who it is for.

    What we do for you

For businesses, associations and local authorities. A specific assignment, or ongoing support.

    Software, applications and websites

Tell us what you need and we turn it into a tool that works: a business application, a showcase website, the automation of a task that takes up too much of your time. The result comes with its documentation. Who owns the code? It is written in the quote.

    IT support and device fleets

We troubleshoot, install and roll out workstations, look after a fleet of devices and write the procedures that go with it. Nithard rolled out more than 60 workstations before founding MELELABS, and he works to ITIL practices.

    Accessibility audit (RGAA)

We review your website or application criterion by criterion. You receive the list of issues, ranked by importance, and what to change to fix them. This offer is aimed first at French local authorities, which must comply with the RGAA, the national accessibility standard. See the audit offer.

    How it works

You know the price before work begins, and you approve each stage.

    1. We talk

A first conversation to understand what you need, what matters most and what we leave out.

    2. The quote

A fixed price for each phase. You accept it in writing before we start.

    3. We move in stages

You see the result at the end of each phase and tell us what works and what doesn’t.

    4. Going live

We put it online, show you how it works, then fix whatever needs fixing.

    The shop

Our software, to try or to buy. Card payments go through Stripe: we never see your bank details.

Sales are subject to our terms of sale.

    Who is behind MELELABS

My name is Nithard Mele. I started in IT support: troubleshooting, after-sales service, rolling out more than 60 workstations. Today I develop software, including Dublio.io.

That experience shapes how I work. A tool should stay simple for the person using it, and easy to maintain for the person who takes it over.

I founded MELELABS in 2026. I build our software myself and I answer every quote request.

    Frequently asked questions

It depends on what you want to build, so we don’t publish a price list. After a first conversation, you receive a fixed-price quote, phase by phase. You know what you are paying before the work begins.

It depends on the quote. By default, you receive the right to use what we have built. If you want to own it, we put that in writing, stating exactly what is transferred.

Yes. Our accessibility audit is aimed first at French local authorities, and we can answer a public tender.

In the shop, by bank card. Sales open product by product: if a piece of software is not available yet, you can ask to be notified when it launches.

Remotely, yes, for development and audits. On site, in the Paris region (Île-de-France).

    Write to us
