1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the melelabs.fr website, published by Nithard MELE, sole proprietor (trading as MELELABS), whose details are given in the legal notice. By using the site, you accept them.

2. Access to the site

The site is accessible free of charge, 24 hours a day, subject to interruptions for maintenance, updates or failures. Connection costs remain your responsibility. MELELABS does not guarantee continuous availability.

3. Content and intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, visuals, logos, code, product names) is protected. You may view it for your personal or internal professional use. Any other use requires prior written permission.

4. Prohibited uses

  • attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other people’s data;
  • disrupting the operation of the site, in particular through massive automated requests;
  • sending, through the contact form, messages that are unlawful, misleading, abusive or unsolicited advertising;
  • impersonating another person.

5. Contact form and quotes

Sending a message does not bind MELELABS or you. A contract only exists after a quote is accepted or an order is confirmed under the terms of sale.

6. Online products and services

Dublio.io and the other online services published by MELELABS are governed by their own terms of use, available from each service. This document does not replace them.

7. External links

The site may contain links to third-party sites. MELELABS has no control over their content and is not responsible for it.

8. Liability

MELELABS endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information, without guaranteeing that it is exhaustive. Descriptions of products in development or coming soon are indicative and may change. MELELABS is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be changed at any time; the online version prevails. They are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and subject to the mandatory rules that apply to consumers, the competent courts of Paris have sole jurisdiction.
