A clear accessibility audit for your local authority’s website.
We review your website or application against the RGAA 4.1, criterion by criterion. The RGAA is France’s general accessibility framework for public digital services. You receive a report your teams can read and use, with fixes ranked by priority.
What the law requires
French local authorities must make their online services accessible to people with disabilities, with no size threshold: a small town is concerned just like a large one. They must also publish an accessibility statement, a multi-year plan and an annual action plan.
Compliance is monitored by Arcom. Penalties can reach €50,000 per online service. The audit is the starting point: without it, you do not know where you stand, and you cannot declare an honest compliance rate.
In two numbers
How the audit works
Scoping
Together we choose the pages to audit: at least one for each type of page (home, article, form, online service…).
The audit
Each page is checked against the 106 criteria, by hand and with checking tools.
The report
You receive the compliance rate and the list of issues, with what to fix and in which order.
The re-audit
Once the fixes are done, we check that they hold. This step is quoted separately.
What you receive
- A criterion-by-criterion, page-by-page report
- The compliance rate of your site
- Issues ranked by priority, with the recommended fix
- The material you need to write your accessibility statement
- A walkthrough for your teams, so everyone understands what is required
What it costs
The price is a fixed fee, announced before we start. It depends on the number of page types to audit. The re-audit after the fixes is quoted separately.
For an estimate, tell us which site it is and how many online services you offer.
Where we stand
This offer is new. We do not yet have a billed audit to show you, and we would rather tell you so than sell you experience we do not have.
What we can offer: a single point of contact, who is also a developer and can explain each issue to your team, even fix it if you wish, and a price you know before the work begins.
Frequently asked questions
No. Automatic tools only detect part of the problems. The rest needs a human review, criterion by criterion.
The version in force is 4.1. A version 5 is announced for the end of 2026. We follow its publication and will tell you what it changes for you.
It depends on the number of page types to audit. We give you a timeframe in the quote.
Yes, if you wish, with a separate quote. The audit remains useful even if another team does the fixes.
